Back to the origins.

When it all began, everything was within our reach to gain full potential, modern society threw it all by the window and we now need to star over to recover the original wholesomeness of our lives.

We have been spoiled by our creator, we were provided with all we needed within our reach, it seems that every different culture in every part of the world learned how to survive their own environment and how to use the resources that were gifted to them. Our ancestors knew how to live healthy, cure and heal with food, plants, clay, spiritual energy and more.

As our industrialized society evolved we were conditioned to rely on purchases to meet our needs, everything that our creator provided within our reach has been belittled and slowly forgotten, it is now replaced by less effective formulas that have been manufactured, preserved, conditioned and shipped all over the world. As an example I will use The Aloe Vera plant which is very effective in healing burns, most people will rely on an ointment made with Aloe Vera and conditioned with chemical and potentially toxic preservative, when they could just use the more effective plant that grows in their back yards.

This richness of lost knowledge was passed on from generation to generation as traditional culture, it is now hard to regain it since the chain has been broken . What was previously received as spontaneous education now has to be sought after. It is crucial for us to learn again how to care for ourselves and our off springs, we now need to turn to alternate sources of  information since our parents are not any more knowledgeable than us on the subject.  A very important first step is understanding the importance of preserving Nature and taking only what we need.

The two pages covered in this section: Food and Beauty will give you some insight and some advice on how to care for your body the way it was intended.
