Apple cider vinegar.

Choose apple cider vinegar raw and with the mother in order to consume the actual live bacterias and nutrients that will provide many benefits to your health. The mother is made up of the living bacteria Mycoderma aceti which is still active in raw vinegar its role is to transform the alcohol content of the cider into acetic acid

 

Here is  a list of the many nutrients present in Raw apple cider vinegar.

Potassium : helps with teeth, hair loss and runny noses.

Pectin : regulate blood pressure and reduce bad cholesterol.

Malic Acid :keeps the vinegar resistant to viruses, bacteria, and fungus.

Calcium : for your bones and teeth.

Ash : promote healthy alkaline PH in the body.

Acetic Acid : known to  slows the digestion of starch and can help to lower the rise in glucose that commonly occurs after meals.

 

I personally consume apple cider vinegar daily as seasoning in my salad it adds a nice flavor that quickly becomes addictive.

For 1 big individual salad:

2 Tbsp Organic Raw Apple vinegar.

1 Tbsp walnut oil.

1/4 Tsp Himalayan pink salt.

1 Tsp dijon mustard.

Mix all ingredients in small container, mix well and add to salad.
